Not building, but growing.
The form of making we propose is not a closed, fixed product bound to a single outcome, but rather a method—an open framework with generative potential. It shifts in form and meaning through interaction with variables such as place, material, and human presence.
Engineering, which has driven industry toward ever larger scales, may have also rendered our behaviours more static. For us, engineering is reinterpreted as a fundamental structure—a shared practice intended to be widely communicated rather than to impose uniformity.
In this exhibition, we present the generative transformations born from this method and its variables, narrated through individual objects in an anthology-like manner. By spatially composing the setting in a way that evokes everyday life, the viewer is invited to engage in making-as-transformation.
Nomadic
Nomadic is a design collective that began its activities in 2023. We approach design not merely as a profession, but as a form of creativity essential to living and sustaining life. With respect for the authentic scale of individual expression, we work in a structure where each member produces and presents their own works.
