ENTRY SHEET
Applications for the Main Exhibition of DESIGNTIDE TOKYO 2025 are now open until July 15, noon JST. Please follow and fill in all required information before submitting. Application submissions are free of charge.
Requirements
All applications must be written in English. Any other language will be excluded from the screening process.
Presentation plan, including designer (or design firm) CV / outline should not exceed 4 pages (ratio 4:3 or 16:9), and should be made in a horizontal format and submitted as a PDF. Any other format will also be excluded from the screening process.
The presentation PDF should include the following.
- 1 page of full CV or outline of designer / firm
- 2 pages maximum of exhibition proposal
- 1 page for additional information
For those of you under-35 years of age, we have created an emerging designers program to support young and upcoming talents.
The successful applicants will receive a discount ranging from 10% to 50% from the proper booth fees depending on presentation and project. As part of the screening procedure, additional online presentations may be requested from the organizers. Applying (or not) for this program will not affect the qualification criteria.
Proposals ideally should be centered around new works or prototypes, otherwise past works with a new curatorial approach. We will prioritize new presentations over past works that have been shown in other occasions.
